How to Choose a Gemstone

About 200 distinct gemstones are currently present on Earth, encompassing both precious and semi-precious types, each possessing unique attributes.

COLOR
The color of a gemstone stands out as its most distinct and memorable characteristic, often holding significant weight in one's selection of a gem. Typically, the richer the saturation of a gemstone, the higher its perceived value. Surprisingly, the assessment of diamond color in the majority of gem-quality diamonds relies on the lack of any discernible color. A chemically pure and structurally perfect diamond has no hue, like a drop of pure water, and consequently, a higher value.

CLARITY
Gemstone clarity refers to how many—if any—inclusions and blemishes are present in the stone and is determined by considering factors such as the quantity, size, location, visibility, and overall impact of inclusions and blemishes on the diamond's appearance. Inclusions refer to elements such as gas bubbles, fractures, and crystals that became part of the stone during its formation process. DIAMOND CLARIY GRADES

FL Grade
No inclusions are visible

VVS Grade
Inclusions are very, very small.

VS Grade
Inclusions are minor.

SI1 and SI2 Grades
Indicate a gem with small inclusions—SI1 gemstones have smaller inclusions than SI2 gemstones.

I1, I2, and I3 Grades
Indicate a gem with inclusions—the higher the number (1, 2, or 3,) the more inclusions the stone has.
Since the diamond with “Included” grading includes quite obvious inclusion, we do not recommend and also do not offer diamonds with Grade I1 , I2 & I3 , except customers request us to provide.

CARAT
The carat denotes the physical weight of a diamond, measured in metric carats. The carat weight stands as the most quantifiable grading aspect among the 4Cs. All that is required is a precisely balanced scale capable of measuring extremely small weights.

CUT
The cut of a gemstone encompasses its facet arrangement, proportions, and frequently, its overall shape. Gemstones are meticulously cut to showcase and enhance their color, sparkle, and brilliance to the fullest extent.

Diamond Certificates

Every loose diamond that we sell is graded by the IGI, GIA and HRD, regarded as the world's foremost authority on diamonds.
